Brightwater provides tyre measurement solutions for vehicle and tyre development both at the test track and on test rigs.
Standard system kits for tyre pressure and temperature are available and provide a complete solution for installation on the test vehicle with connection to your on board data logging system by CAN, serial or analogue interface.
Transmit rates and pressure ranges can be specified at time of order, (2.5bar to 12bar).
Sensor mounting options include OE style valve hole mounting and a range of internal or external robust wheel mounted sensor housings.

Motorsport Pressure & Temperature Transmitter VS10V2

Measures and transmits tyre pressure and temperature, provides continuous monitoring of tyres during test, practice and race conditions.Operates with TMS AS Receiver. Installs in a standard 11.3mm valve hole with O-ring seal as a valve replacement, accepts standard valve core.

Automotive Pressure Temperature Transmitter VS50

Operates with TMS AS Receiver. Installs in a standard 11.3mm or 8.8mm valve hole compliant with ETRTO standards. Transmitted data is encrypted and carries a unique serial number ensuring reliable error free data transmission.

TPMS sensor PCB BW1d

Latest development of the Brightwater TPMS motorsport sensor. Designed to transmit reliable and accurate tyre pressure data in an extreme operating environment. This new improved design is a further development of the BW1c sensor. The BW1d sensor has reduced current consumption (to BW1c), RS232 port (for PC setup), and increased memory.

TMS AS Receiver CAN/RS232

Compact, lightweight data receiver monitors RF signals from the TMS wheel transmitters. It decodes the sensor messages and sends calibrated pressure and temperature data to vehicle logging system via CAN or RS232 interface.
